Complete Hearing Assessment
The complete hearing evaluation consists of several tests used to determine the extent of hearing loss. Final results will give a fuller picture of the severity of the loss and if one or both sides is affected. The 3 most common tests are the pure tone test, speech recognition test, middle ear function test.
Hearing Aid Selection
Some of the steps involved in the process are a lifestyle assessment, question/answer session and demonstration of sample hearing aids. No referral is needed for a hearing aid evaluation.
Hearing Aid Dispensing and Fitting
Once the hearing aids arrive, patients will be invited back to the clinic for an official fitting. During the fitting the Hearing Professional will program and adjust the hearing aids to the patients specific hearing loss and needs. Information about care, maintenance and features are covered in depth.
Hearing Aid Repair and Maintenance
Proper care and maintenance ensures you are getting the most benefit from your devices and will also prolong the life your hearing aids. We provide onsite cleaning and minor repair.
